I relate to the groceries as an act of faith. I remember buying treats for my little dog when I knew deep inside he might never eat them. I still bought them. They were there for him. He was drifting on, but they were a little anchor for a time.
Oh dear one: isn't grieving hard work! For me, there's something in this act that's part of the process of grieving, and draws attention to how, often, the grieving process begins long before we lose someone, or something. <3
Absolutely. Those moments of capturing as much as you can before they're gone, fleeting and futile as they sometimes feel at the time. Grieving just hurts. That pain in your heart is the worst. ❤️
